Remote Support

Integratechs uses highly secure and reliable remote support systems which allow our engineers, with the permission of your employee, to view and control his or her computer or Internet-enabled mobile phone.

If at any time your primary engineer is unavailable, the rest of our support team is always available to take your call and provide immediate support. Various members of the support team are often brought into a remote support session to provide specialized advice or support when needed.

On-Site Support

Integratechs also provides on-site support as needed. Many repair related support requests cannot be handled remotely and require on-site dispatch. Integratechs also believes that personal, face-to-face interactions are important to maintain a strong support relationship.

If your business is within a hundred miles of one of our service centers, you'll probably see your primary support engineer fairly often. For businesses located outside of our local service area, you'll see your dedicated engineer once or twice annually, and our network of technology partners will provide the balance of your on-site support as needed.
