IT Services from Integratehs are available in three service plans: IT On-Call, IT Prevent and IT Extreme.

Each service plan is designed to meet the needs of a particular type of client. IT On-Call is designed for busineses who want to closely manage their Infomation Technology ("IT") costs by requesting only the services that they need when they need them. IT Prevent is designed for businesses who want a proactive apprach to preventing issues and preventing costly downtime. IT Extreme is designed for businesses who want their IT systems managed by a trusted partner committed to providing a problem-free, business-enhancing IT experience.

IT On-Call

IT On-Call provides businesses with IT professionals on an as-needed basis. IT On-Call has no minimum commitments and no term agreement to long-term agreement. Businesses pay competitive hourly rates for services.

IT Prevent

IT Prevent is Integratechs' problem-prevention package. IT Prevent includes antivirus software, antimalware software, spam protection, remote data backup, 24/7 monitoring, and routine maintenance for an affordable monthly fee.

IT Extreme

IT Extreme is Integratechs' full-service IT support, management and maintenance package. IT Extreme includes everything in the IT Prevent plan plus all of the hours required to manage and support your IT systems - all for an affordable monthly fee.
