Preventing IT Problems Before They Happen
iT Prevent™ is Integratechs' service plan designed to prevent business disruptions caused by common Information Technology ("IT")issues. iT Prevent™ includes several other Integratechs services including IT SafeMail™ to filter inbound email, IT DataSafe™ to backup important business documents and IT RemotePro™ to monitor important business systems. iT Prevent™ also includes industry leading AntiVirus and AntiMalware software installed on each protected system. iT Prevent™ also includes routine checkups, diagnostics, updates and performance tuning by an Integratechs Engineer.
Included Services
iT Prevent™ includes a unique combination of software protections, maintenance procedures and monitoring designed to prevent common IT issues. The following is a summary of what is included in the iT Prevent™ service plan:
IT SafeMail |
Integratechs' email filtering service to protect against unwanted email including SPAM. IT SafeMail also protects against email-borne viruses, spyware, malware, spoofing and phishing attacks. |
IT DataSafe |
Integratechs' remote data backup service which protects important business files from loss or destruction. Backup images of important business files are encrypted and stored at a secure, remote facility for retrieval in the event of an emergency. |
IT RemotePro |
Integratechs' system monitoring service which monitors critical system components and alerts Integratechs' in the event of an issue. RemotePro protects against unplanned outages by detecting many potential problems before they impact system availability |
Antivirus |
Integratechs installs industry standard antivirus software on all systems maintained to protect against viruses. IT RemotePro monitors virus protection status to ensure that virus definitions are current and Alerts Integratechs in the event that a virus is detected. |
| Antimalware | Integratechs installs industry standard antimalware software on all systems maintained to protect against viruses. IT RemotePro monitors malware protection to ensure that periodic updates are applied and Alerts Integratechs if malware is detected. |
| Maintenance | Routine periodic IT maintenance operations including periodic system scans, disk scans, disk defragmentation, patching and updating of software applications, patching and updating of operating systems, diagnostic tests, system cleaning and more. |

Is iT Prevent™ Right for my Business?
iT Prevent™ is designed for small businesses who need reliable IT systems but do not need end-user support, engineering or technology lifecycle management services. iT Prevent™ is a maintenance service designed to prevent common IT problems before they happen. iT Prevent™ may be right for your business if it fits the following criteria:
- Businesses with fewer than 25 employees that use computers or
- Businesses with more than 25 employees that have in-house IT staff
- Businesses that do not regularly need after-hours service or emergency service
- Businesses that are not subject to security regulation (HIPPA, PCI, SAS70/SSAE16)

Pricing and Billing
iT Prevent™ pricing is based on the type of device being maintained - Workstation or Server. Billing is based on a monthly flat fee per device.
Pricing varies depending on several factors including client location and industry, SLA and other factors. For an accurate quote, please contact a member of our sales team.
Due to the nature of the software and services included in the iT Prevent™ package, each device has a 12 month minimum commitment.
Usage charges are billed monthly at the beginning of each month based on number of protected devices at the end of the previous month.
Optional Services
In addition to the included services listed above, the following additional services are available at Integratechs' standard hourly rates:
Integratechs IT "Support" services include troubleshooting and resolving common computer and network problems such as network connectivity problems, login problems, VPN problems, software problems and hardware problems. In addition, support often includes installing and uninstalling common software applications and assistance with basic navigation around common software application menus. Support is generally provided by the Support Team remotely, but is also periodically performed by the Service Team both on-site at client locations and remotely from Integratechs’ service centers. |

Integratechs IT "Management" services include standard day to day IT operations including installation, repair and ongoing administration of IT Systems. In addition, Management includes deployment and disposal of IT equipment; routine adds, moves and changes to existing IT deployments; inventory and audit of IT hardware and software assets. Management tasks are performed by the Service Team both on-site at client locations and remotely from Integratechs' service centers. |

Integratechs IT "Engineering" services include planning, design, design review, design approval and implementation of IT Solutions. Engineering is typically required for all new IT system rollouts, critical system upgrades, system migrations and projects that include interdependencies between existing systems. Engineering is performed by the Engineering Team both on-site at client locations and remotely from Integratechs' Service Centers. |
