On Demand Information Technology Services

iT On-Call™ is Integratechs service plan that provides businesses with Information Technology professionals on an as-needed basis. With no minimum commitments and no long term agreements businesses pay only for the services they use when they use them. iT On-Call™ clients can expect fast, friendly service at competitive rates. There is no long-term commitment for iT On-Call™ and service may be cancelled at any time.

Available Services

All of Integratechs IT Services are available to iT On-Call™ Clients.

IT Support

Integratechs IT "Support" services include troubleshooting and resolving common computer and network problems such as network connectivity problems, login problems, VPN problems, software problems and hardware problems. In addition, support often includes installing and uninstalling common software applications and assistance with basic navigation around common software application menus. Support is generally provided by the Support Team remotely, but is also periodically performed by the Service Team both on-site at client locations and remotely from Integratechs’ service centers.

IT Management

Integratechs IT "Management" services include standard day to day IT operations including installation, repair and ongoing administration of IT Systems. In addition, Management includes deployment and disposal of IT equipment; routine adds, moves and changes to existing IT deployments; inventory and audit of IT hardware and software assets. Management tasks are performed by the Service Team both on-site at client locations and remotely from Integratechs' service centers.

IT Maintenance

Integratechs IT Maintenance services include including periodic system scans, disk scans, disk defragmentation, patching and updating of software applications, patching and updating of operating systems, diagnostic tests, system cleaning and data backup. IT Maintenance services are generally provided remotely by both the Support and Service Teams. However, occasionally maintenance tasks must be performed on-site at client locations. Integratechs utilizes maintenance tools to automate maintenance tasks wherever possible.

IT Engineering

Integratechs IT "Engineering" services include planning, design, design review, design approval and implementation of IT Solutions. Engineering is typically required for all new IT system rollouts, critical system upgrades, system migrations and projects that include interdependencies between existing systems. Engineering is performed by the Engineering Team both on-site at client locations and remotely from Integratechs' Service Centers.

 

Is iT On-Call™ Right for my Business?

iT On-Call™ is designed for small businesses who need occasional assistance from an IT Professional. iT On-Call™ is a reactive service plan for clients who want to utilize Integratechs' engineering talent on an as-needed basis. iT On-Call™ may be right for your business if it fits the following criteria:

  1. Businesses with fewer than 10 employees that use computers
  2. Businesses that are not heavily dependant on technology
  3. Businesses that are not sensitive to downtime of IT Systems
  4. Businesses that do not regularly need after-hours emergency support
  5. Businesses that are not subject to security regulation (HIPPA, PCI, SAS70/SSAE16)

Pricing and Billing

iT On-Call™ pricing is based on the type of service being rendered. Hourly rates range from $75 per hour to $150/hr depending on the type of work being performed, the skill level of the engineer performing the work, the location of the work and other factors. Please contact a member of our sales team for more information. On-Site visits have a 1 hour minimum. After-Hours work is billable at 1.5 times the business hours rate.

Billing occurs at the end of each month with service rendered during the month appearing on the monthly bill. iT On-Call™ Invoices are accompanied by a detailed service report showing all work performed and invoiced time.
