INTEGRATECHS ACQUIRES DIRECTPOINTE, BECOMES LARGEST MANAGED I.T. SERVICES PROVIDER IN UTAH

In a move to expand its leadership position within the information technology outsourcing market, Integratechs, Inc. today announced the acquisition of DirectPointe, a nation-wide managed I.T. services provider based in Lindon, Utah. The combined entity is the largest managed services provider in Utah and serves a diverse and growing client base across 25 states.

Through the acquisition, Integratechs broadens its geographical footprint, adding on-site service teams in Arizona, New Mexico and Connecticut to those already established in Utah and Washington State. Additionally, the combined technical team is deeper and more experienced, which will provide even faster resolution of service requests for all clients.
