Integratechs Acquires Intermountain IT

Continuing its history of strategic acquisitions, Integratechs announced today that it has acquired Intermountain IT, a recognized leader in the field of IT management for medical professionals.

As part of the Merger, Todd Haynes, former president of Intermountain IT has accepted a position as Vice President of Sales Engineering at Integratechs. All other key personnel were also retained, including engineers with expertise in medical information technology systems, Cisco voice and data networking and Microsoft solutions. The combined technical team includes more than 25 credentialed professionals with hundreds of years of combined technical experience. In addition to a great team of professionals, Integratechs gained key accounts in Utah, Nevada and Washington State.
