Integratechs Acquires GreenLight SMB customers

Integratechs, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced business Information Technology Services in the intermountain region, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of GreenLight Group's SMB customers.

GreenLight Group is a well-known and trusted provider of consulting and systems integration services throughout the Western United States with a focus on IT Management tools and software for the enterprise. In addition to its enterprise business practice, GreenLight has for several years provided outsourced IT services to small and medium businesses in Utah. This acquisition is limited only to GreenLight's SMB customers and does not extend to GreenLight's enterprise division.

The combination of GreenLight's SMB practice with Integratechs' existing operations will result in better service to customers of both companies. Integratechs customers will benefit from the new engineering talent and greater economies of scale that will accompany the acquisition. GreenLight group's SMB customers will benefit from a larger and more focused team of engineers dedicated to providing fast, reliable and affordable service.
