Integratechs Maintenance Services are available to you as either a monthly subscription-style service or on an ala-carte service. Monthly service customers receive a low monthly rate for a complete maintenance package including automatic scheduling and performance of all maintenance tasks. Ala-carte customers are responsible for initiating all maintenance requests themselves. All of our customers have access to reports showing all maintenance performed.

Diagnostics

Many hardware problems can be detected using diagnostic tools before a hardware failure occurs. Our monthly maintenance regimen includes running hardware diagnostics on your servers and other critical equipment where possible.

Patching

Most operating systems and business-critical software packages require regular patching. Patches provide new features, fixes for bugs and repairs for security vulnerabilities. Our monthly maintenance regimen includes patching of your critical servers and software packages where possible.

Repair

When problems are detected with hardware or software systems prior to failure, Integratechs endeavors to repair them in a controlled manner. On a monthly basis, Integratechs engineers identify any repair needs and then attempt to schedule them with you to minimize business impact.
Upgrade As information systems age, they often require upgrade or replacement. Integratechs engineers work with you to identify those systems most in need of upgrade and replacement, so that you can plan and budget for those upgrades. Most upgrade service, including computer replacement and proper disposal of aged IT assets, is included in our standard Maintenance Service.

Most maintenance services can be performed remotely by our IT professionals. However, some tasks do require on-site visits by our technicians. Whenever any mainteance procedure is planned which is potentially disruptive to your business, Integratechs will endeavor to schedule the service at a time which is convenient to your business.
