If your original service agreement commenced prior to September of 2008, your versions is probably version 0. Otherwise, you may determine the correct version of the Master Service Agreement applicable to your agreement by looking at the bottom left hand corner of your Service Order. The Version listed at the bottom left hand corner of the Service Order will correspond to one of the version headings listed below on this page.

Service Schedule - Managed IT Services	The Service Schedule for Managed IT Services provides a detailed explination of the services included as part of a Managed IT Services Service Order. In addition, the Service Schedule outlines the performance guarantees and remedies available to the client in the event that the performance guarantees are not met.	1.3
