Integratechs periodically changes and updates its agreements and other legal documents. From time to time it is possible that a newer version will exist that has not yet been uploaded to this page. Service Agreement

Integratechs' service agreement is an integrated agreement. Several documents comprise the agreement. Each Standard Service Agreement includes a Service Order and the Master Service Agreement. Other documents, including addenda and Service Schedules may also be included. The most current version of the Service Agreement is included in this table. Master Service Agreement The Master Service Agreement (MSA) contains standard, default information regarding billing and payment terms, contract term, early cancellation, jurisdiction, and much more. The Master Service Agreement integrates any of the other documents (Service Order, Service Schedule, etc.) into the Service Agreement. The Service Order Agreement may override any portion of the Master Service Agreement. Changes to the Master Service Agreement should be made to the SOA. 1.4
Service Order - Managed

The Service Order is the document that explains what services you are ordering from Integratechs.

This is an example of a standard Service Order Agreement (SOA) for Managed IT Services. This Service Order is provided by way of example only. The pricing on this example may not be accurate.

Service Schedule - Managed IT Services

The Service Schedule for Managed IT Services provides a detailed explination of the services included as part of a Managed IT Services Service Order. In addition, the Service Schedule outlines the performance guarantees and remedies available to the client in the event that the performance guarantees are not met.

Addendum - 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - Managed IT Services

The new 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Managed IT Services agreements provides a guarantee that Integratechs will perform as expected or the Customer may cancel services without penalty. This Addendum is only applicable to Service Orders for Managed IT Services.
