The use of remote service tools allows Integratechs' engineers to quickly and cost-effectively perform standard maintenance and administration tasks. Integratechs uses highly secure and reliable remote access tools to perform remote service.

On-Site Service

Integratechs also provides on-site service on an as-needed basis. Most repairs, deployments, and lifecycle events (adds/moves/changes) cannot be handled remotely and require on-site service. In addition, Integratechs often chooses to do tasks on-site that could otherwise be done remotely in order to ensure regular contact between service technicians and our valued clients. Integratechs firmly believes that personal, face-to-face interactions are important to maintain a strong service relationship.

If your business is within a hundred miles of one of our service centers, you'll probably see your service engineers fairly often. For businesses located outside of our local service area, you'll see your service engineers at least twice annually, and our network of technology partners will provide the balance of your on-site support on an as-needed basis.
