Diagnostics

Many hardware problems can be detected using diagnostic tools before a hardware failure occurs. Our periodic maintenance regimen includes both hardware and software diagnostics as well as security (virus/malware) scans.

Patching

Most operating systems and business-critical software packages require regular patching. Patches provide new features, fixes for bugs and repairs for security vulnerabilities. Our periodic maintenance regimen includes application of operating system patches, software patches, virus updates, and other updates where possible.

Cleaning

In order for IT systems to remain performing at peak capacity they require periodic cleaning. Integratechs' periodic maintenance regimen includes defragmentation of disks, disk cleanup and registry cleaning.

Most maintenance services can be performed remotely by our IT professionals. However, some tasks do require on-site visits by our technicians. Whenever any mainteance procedure is planned which is potentially disruptive to your business, Integratechs will endeavor to schedule the service at a time which is convenient to your business.

Service Plans

Integratechs IT Maintenance services are available either bundled in a monthly service plan or as part of an hourly service agreement. Monthly maintenance subscribers receive a low monthly rate for a complete maintenance package including scheduling and performance of all standard maintenance tasks. Hourly clients are responsible for initiating all maintenance requests themselves. All clients receive periodic reports showing maintenance performed.

IT On-Call

IT On-Call provides businesses with IT professionals on an as-needed basis. IT On-Call has no minimum commitments and no term agreement to long-term agreement. Businesses pay competitive hourly rates for services.

IT Prevent

IT Prevent is Integratechs' problem-prevention package. IT Prevent includes antivirus software, antimalware software, spam protection, remote data backup, 24/7 monitoring, and routine maintenance for an affordable monthly fee.

IT Extreme

IT Extreme is Integratechs' full-service IT support, management and maintenance package. IT Extreme includes everything in the IT Prevent plan plus all of the hours required to manage and support your IT systems - all for an affordable monthly fee.
