Integratechs has adopted the following guiding principles. These guiding principles govern our interactions, decision making and strategic planning.

Our Guiding Principles

  1. Our clients' interests always come first. The better we serve our clients, the more successful we will be. We strive to to align the interests of our people to those of our clients as closely as possible.

  2. We provide superior Information Technology services. We take great pride in the professional quality of our work. We are determined to achieve excellence in everything we undertake. If it came to a choice, we would rather be the best than the biggest.

  3. Integrity and Honesty are at our core. As part of our normal activities we are regularly entrusted with confidential information. To breach a confidence or to carelessly handle confidential information would be unthinkable. We expect our people to maintain high ethical standards in everything they do, both at work and in their personal lives.

  4. Our people are the key to our success. As a service provider, we understand that without the best people, we cannot provide the best services. We make an unusual effort to identify and recruit the very best person for every job. Compensation and advancement are based on merit.

  5. We anticipate the future. Technology changes very rapidly and the consequences for not anticipating technological change are severe. We constantly evaluate and invest in new technologies to keep our people up to date on emerging Information Technology.

  10. We value fair competition. Our market is highly competitive; and we aggressively seek to expand our client relationships. However, we are always fair to our competition and never denigrate our competitors. In the long term, competition drives innovation.
