2003–2005

Integratechs was incorporated on January 6, 2003 with two employees as UVNET, Inc. The company began providing a variety of Internet and technology solutions to businesses

The company grew rapidly in 2004 and 2005, achieving all of its goals for profitability, new customer acquisition and customer retention. Late in 2005 management recognized a need to focus on core competencies, and determined that the business should be divided into several smaller businesses, each focusing on specific markets. In December of 2005, the outsourced Technology Services division began operating independently as a subsidiary of UVNET.

2006

April of 2006 was an exciting month. On April 5, 2006, the company acquired the assets of Integra-Techs, Inc. At the same time as the Acquisition was occurring, Integratechs incorporated as an independent company, a combination of the assets and employees from the Integra-Techs acquisition and the UVNET Information Technology services subsidiary. The new combined entity, Integratechs, Inc., began operations on April 6, 2006.

2007

Strong growth led to the opening of a new service office in Salt Lake City, Utah in early 2007. Integratechs launches remote data backup and email filtering services for small businesses.

2008

Integratechs launches secure, online customer portal providing clients with instant, 24/7 access to billing and service information. Integratechs consolidates Salt Lake City and Orem Offices into a new location in American Fork, Utah bringing the entire engineering team under one roof. Integratechs implements Service Level Guarantees and tracking of service from point of request through resolution. Service practices are standardized and best practices implemented allowing Integratechs to provide higher quality of service to its clients.

2009

Integratechs continues to expand rapidly and moves offices again within American Fork to meet continued growth needs. Integratechs Acquires the SMB Clients of The Green Light Group. Integratechs is named Utah's 19th fastest growing company and the fastest growing outsourced Information Technology provider in Utah.
